Mango for healthy diet

Raw mango is sour and astringent and produces wind and bile in the body. Ripe mango is an extremely tasty and nutritive. People need no convincing to eat a fresh ripe mango.

It is very wholesome and nourishing. It strengthens and invigorates all the nerves, tissues, muscles in the brain, heart and other parts of the body.

Mango is bursting with beta carotene, vitamin C, potassium and fiber. It is important food addition to fast paced and hectic lives because it completed with energy-boosting, and stress managing minerals such as iron, potassium, and magnesium.

Raw mango also rich source of pectin, oxalic, citric, malic and succinic acid, beneficial to the body and help to maintain the alkali reserve of the body.

One large mango will provide the total vitamin A required for one day per average adult. Vitamin A can be stored by the body, in the liver, however the body will utilizes vitamin A especially during times of infection and viruses.

The ripe mango nourishes the body by increasing gastric juice, blood, flesh, fat, bone marrow and semen.
